1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you create your matrimony profile:
Name
Age
Gender
Caste
District / Address
Profile Photo (optional)
Marriage-related details and preferences
This information is only used for matchmaking purposes inside the app.
2. Visibility of Contact & Additional Details (Premium Access)
Important: Contact numbers and additional personal details are not visible to other users by default. These details are visible only to users who have purchased a premium package and have been granted premium access on their account.
How premium visibility works:
Basic profile details (name, age, caste, district, photo) may be visible to other users according to your privacy settings.
Contact number and any extended personal details will be shown only after the viewer has purchased a premium package and premium access has been activated for their account.
Premium purchase is handled outside the app via a QR code displayed in the app which the user scans using their UPI app. We do not process or store payment information.
3] Financial or Payment Data Collection
We do not collect, store, or process any payment or financial information within the app. Specifically, we do not collect:
UPI IDs
Bank account numbers
Card details
Transaction histories
Payments for premium access are completed by the user outside the app using their chosen UPI/mobile payment application after scanning the QR code. We do not receive or store transaction receipts
4. How We Use Your Data
Your personal information is used only for the following purposes:
Creating and managing your matrimony profile Displaying profiles to other users for matchmaking Showing contact details to premium users after purchase Providing customer support and account management
5. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure

You have the right to Update your profile information at any time from your account settings Request deletion of your account and associated data (contact tronmatrimony@gmail.com) Deactivate or hide your profile
7. Children
We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18. If you believe a child under 18 has provided personal information, please contact us and we will remove the data
